Norasjön Runt is a picturesque half marathon with roots dating back to 1929, and since its inception, thousands of people have participated in the event. The race is organized every year by IFK Nora at the beginning of September and has earned the status of the veteran Swedish Championship in the half marathon distance. As the name suggests, the half marathon runs around Lake Nora, through varied nature, open fields, forests, and over streams before returning to beautiful Nora.
